BrokeryHub is an OOPATECH INC. product. OOPATECH INC. is federally incorporated, registered in Quebec, and is the legal party responsible for operating BrokeryHub and for its privacy obligations. BrokeryHub helps brokerages manage websites, teams, leads, appointments, content, payments, support, and connected providers. A brokerage normally decides why it handles its customer and staff information; OOPATECH INC. operates the platform and handles account, security, support, and billing information for its own purposes.
Information and purposes
We may handle account and business contacts; staff, lead, customer, appointment and support records; website content and media; payment status and provider references; enabled Google, Zoom, Stripe, email or webhook metadata; and security, audit, error and performance information. We use it to provide, secure, support, bill and improve the requested service, complete provider operations, prevent abuse, and meet documented obligations.
Providers and retention
Depending on enabled features, infrastructure, storage, payment, email, calendar, video, security and monitoring providers may process information. Records follow documented service, financial, dispute, security, recovery and legal boundaries. Legal holds and required financial or professional records override automated deletion; retained backups expire under the recovery schedule rather than being immediately rewritten.
Choices and requests
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or withdrawal of an optional consent. Identity and authority must be verified, and brokerage-controlled records may be referred to that brokerage. Optional commercial messages must offer unsubscribe access; connecting an optional provider can be withdrawn through the guarded disconnect workflow.
Cookies, browser storage, and monitoring
BrokeryHub uses browser storage needed for account sessions, security, requested form activity, and preferences. It does not load Google Analytics. Sentry receives scrubbed error information for security and reliability; default personal information, performance tracing, profiling, and session replay are disabled. We will update this notice and provide any required choice before enabling non-essential analytics or advertising storage.
