BrokeryHub is an OOPATECH INC. product. OOPATECH INC. is federally incorporated and registered in Quebec and is the legal party providing the BrokeryHub platform and entering these terms, even when invoices, Stripe subscriptions, or customer-facing documents display the BrokeryHub name. These terms govern access to the BrokeryHub website and platform. A brokerage remains responsible for the professional services it offers and for its customer-facing booking, cancellation, refund, privacy, advertising and regulatory obligations.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account information accurate and credentials confidential. If acting for a brokerage, you must have authority to configure its tenant, staff, content, providers, payments and data. Do not bypass controls, disrupt the platform, access another tenant, upload unlawful or malicious content, misuse personal information, impersonate a person, or infringe third-party rights.
Content, leads and customer records
You retain your rights in submitted content and grant BrokeryHub the limited permission needed to operate, secure, transmit, display and back up the service. You are responsible for the authority, notices, consent, access, advertising rules and retention applicable to the records you submit.
Plans and connected providers
Applicable price, trial, renewal, cancellation and included features are presented during signup or in the order. Payment, calendar, video, email and other integrations also depend on provider terms and configuration. Disconnecting a provider can stop future payments, appointments, meetings or notifications.
Privacy, availability and final agreement
The BrokeryHub Privacy Notice describes platform handling. Authorized exports and closures use guarded, time-limited processes and remain subject to legal holds and retention. We work to operate and recover the platform reliably, but internet and third-party services can fail. Final warranty, liability, indemnity, service-level, governing-law and dispute terms require the contracting-entity agreement and qualified legal approval.
